Service Description

A customized blend of Coaching, meditation, energy exercises, breath work, and prayer treatment to help you feel brand new! We will begin by gently exploring any issue that is burdening your heart & mind. Together we will identify any patterns that are ready to be healed and shifted, creating a mindset expansion. Then we will create a safe space to gently release any stuck emotions ,so that you feel lighter, clearer, and resolved. A session wouldn't be complete without an energy exercise to support your new intentions! And of course we will do all of this with love!
